It includes 2 exams, 2 cleanings, necessary X-rays, plus 15% off on all dental services for cash patients (excluding implants and clear aligners). Absolutely! Our in-house plan is designed just for patients like you. You’ll get comprehensive care at a flat yearly rate—and 15% off other services (excluding implants & clear aligners).
We accept MetLife, Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, Humana, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and United Healthcare insurances. If we are out of network for insurance, we strive to get you the best reimbursement sent to you from your insurance.
The $350 plan is for individual patients. However, we’re happy to offer family discounts if you’d like to enroll more than one member- just ask our front desk for details!
